Vinay Kumar Shukla is a social research and field operations professional with over 17 years of experience in large-scale surveys, evaluations, and field coordination across public health, rural development, education, sanitation, and livelihoods.

He has led field operations, team supervision, training, and data quality assurance for national and state-level studies, including NFHS, DLHS, AHS, CBTS, NHRR, and multiple government-commissioned evaluations.

Currently associated with SSF Professionals Pvt. Ltd. as a Project-based Field Coordinator, he brings strong expertise in managing complex field operations, liaising with government agencies, and ensuring high-quality data collection across multiple states.
