SSF Professionals Pvt. Ltd. is a multi-faceted market-oriented organization.
The organization already inherits its team and experience from its sister concern, Sirtazi Support Foundation (SSF), through which it has provided quality research and survey to eminent clients. In short span of time, SSF Professionals has established itself as an organization of repute and credibility in social research. We are essentially client and customer driven in our approach.
The organization works under different verticals to bring home quality services to the one who needs it. Of these, the core services that SSF Professionals provides is related to technical support services such as research, surveys and documentation.
Another vertical of SSF Professionals is manpower recruitment and hire services, something that has evolved through SSF’s constant requirement for manpower, thus enabling it to create a manpower database.
Who we are
SSF Professionals Pvt. Ltd. is still emerging as a consultancy organization. However, it has already started providing services to eminent organizations such as Gorakhpur Environment Action Group (GEAG), ISEC (Bangalore), India Health Action Trust (IHAT), Nutrition International (earlier known as Micronutrient Initiative), NCAER, SIFPSA, Uttar Pradesh, etc.
Although relatively newly registered, the organization already inherits its team and experience from its sister concern, Sirtazi Support Foundation (SSF), through which it has provided quality research and surveys to eminent clients.
We provide pan India consultancy services. The team at SSF has been associated with corporate, governmental as well as a non-governmental organization for over decades in areas of research, monitoring & evaluation and documentation in health, nutrition, education, women empowerment, disaster management and livelihood domain.
The SSF group was founded by Mr. Amresh Pati Tripathi in the year 2010 with a view to catering to the technical support needs of the Socio-Economic & Development sectors and constitute a forum where all the stakeholders can develop themselves in an independent and self-disciplined atmosphere.
The organization nucleus consisted of a core team of professionals & technical experts who have worked with various reputed organizations and consequently have rich experience of various thematic fields of development research.

Dr. Padam Singh
Advisory Board Member
Dr. Singh is a renowned survey research statistician of international repute with more than four decades of rich experience in research in the social sector and continues to grace our Advisory Board as Chairman. He has served as Member-Chairman of National Statistical Commission GOI. He has held senior positions in the Central Government before his superannuation from the position of Addl. Director General of Indian Council for Medical Research ICMR (1997-2004). He has served in Planning Commission as Joint Adviser for eight years and contributed in the preparation and appraisal of Sixth and Seventh five years’ plan, and was a member of working groups of Planning Commission including Vision 2020 and Professor of Statistics at PUSA Institute 1975-79. He is credited with publication over 100 research papers in journals of national and international repute.
Dr. Ponnambala Thiagarajan

Dr. Thiagarajan holds a Ph.D. in Population Studies from International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai. Dr. Thiagarajan has served as AssociateDirector Nielsen India; He has been working with different National/international agencies in research and development sector for more than 35 years. Dr Thiagarajan has a fair understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research tools, training, monitoring and report writing, He has been involved in nationwide large-scale survey like NFHS, DLHS, GATS, LASI, and CE-NRHM etc. Owing to his vast experience and admirable technical expertise he plays a strong advisory role for SSF Professionals from time to time.
Dr. Arjunan Subramanian
Advisory Board Member
Arjunan Subramanian is currently working in the Business School at the University of Glasgow. He was previously been based at the University of Warwick. Previously he held positions at the University of Gottingen, at the Centre for Development Research (ZEF), University of Bonn and at the National Council of Applied Economic Research in New Delhi, India. He attained his PhD at the University of Hohenheim, Germany in July 2007 having previously studied at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and Madras University in India.
Mr. Pramod Padhy
Advisory Board Member
Mr. Padhy has over 31 years of social research experience and has worked in research across multiple sectors with a special focus on public health, maternal and child health and nutrition. He has been having vast experience in conceptualizing, planning, executing imparting training, monitoring and management of large-scale health surveys. He has also been providing technical advisory services to some of the clients. He has completed M.A in Economics and M.Phil. (Population Sciences) from IIPS, Mumbai. He has been involved in large-scale studies related to situational analysis, programme evaluation, delivery systems and accessibility, training of health functionaries, facility surveys, operational efficiency, health financing and community participation.

Dr. Agarwal holds a Ph.D. from Lucknow University. She has served as Regional Director at National Institute Of Public Cooperation and Child Development (autonomous organization under the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India.). She has been working with different renowned agencies in research and development sector for more than 40 years. Dr. Agarwal has an excellent understanding of Nutrition, public health and child development.

Mr. Amresh Pati Tripathi
Founder and Head Operations
He is the founder and Head of Operations of SSF Professionals Pvt. Ltd. A versatile professional, Mr. Tripathi holds Master degree in Social Work (MSW) along with LLB from Lucknow University, Uttar Pradesh. He is responsible for leading the organization’s field operations throughout the country and ensures operational excellence organization-wide. Before becoming an integral part of SSF Professionals, he has worked with various market research organizations, companies and institutions. He personifies highest degree of commitment towards the organization, providing able leadership. He has been a lead to a good number of large, thematically diverse and intense studies such as DLHS, NFHS, RKVY etc.
Mr. Manmohan Khosla
Director- Business and Development
Mr. Khosla has over two decades of experience in Health and Social Sector including Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Natural Resource Management. He had conducted training to various stakeholders including rural community, officials from line departments and bankers and also served as Master Trainer. He had trained various stakeholders on Bio Medical Waste Management to medical and para-medical staff - Ministry of Health Uttarakhand. He had successfully handled Pan-India projects of large-scale Baseline Surveys, Demographic Surveys, Basic Orientation, Skill training, Planning, Implementation, Concurrent Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Assessment of various Projects. He had conducted various impact assessments of CSR funds in the States of Orissa, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Tripura, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Telangana and Karnataka - Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GoI.
Dr. Itismita Pradhan
Associate Director- Technical Wing
Dr. Pradhan has led numerous research and evaluation and has experience in the sectors of WASH, Nutrition, Livelihoods, Gender, SHG and Public health. She has worked in several research projects across India. She has been involved in the designing of assessment frameworks for these projects as well as preparation of tools, analytical frameworks, sampling strategies, conducting training workshops and data analysis using statistical software such as SPSS, and STATA. Itismita holds a Phd degree in Population Studies from International Institute for Population Sciences, Mumbai. She also holds two Master degrees- one is in Sociology and another in Population Sciences.
Mr. Ashish Gupta
Manager- Field Operations
He is Post Graduate in Sociology from Kanpur University. Mr. Gupta has fourteen years of experience in Intensive field operations. He has successfully completed about 20 projects for various national and international Government department agencies as well as, including large-scale projects like DLHS, AHS, NFHS that involved handling and management of large data sets. Mr. Gupta is instrumental in ensuring the quality of data pertaining to various socio-economic surveys and field team management.
Mr. Siddhant Verma

Ms. Verma is a B.com from Faizabad University and has CA Inter degree Institute of Chartered Accountant. He is the head of the Finance section. He is a talented and enthusiastic manager, with a work experience of fifteen years in finance.
Ms. Ekta Singh
Assistant Manager- Finance and Admin
Ms. Singh is a Post Graduate in Social Work, handing the Finance and Administration of SSF. She is a talented and enthusiastic professional, with a work experience of ten years and exceptional ability to handle crisis situation with minimum of supervision. She has been also instrumental in designing and implementing various capacity building projects for socio-economic development of urban and rural women folk. As an assistant finance manager, she is proficient in software such as tally and ensures a smooth financial system within the organization.
Mr. Surendra Singh Bora

Mr. Bora has Master Degree in Social Work from Lucknow University. Mr. Bora possesses rich professional experience of nearly two decades in the Research and Development. Within the span of his long and illustrious career, Mr. Bora has successfully conceptualized, planned and executed various capacity building programmes, research studies and impact assessment studies in the field of Health, Women and Child Development and Family Welfare. Associated with SSF, Mr. Bora has been instrumental in conducting and array of studies for various International Agencies Government departments.

He is Post Graduate in Social Work from U.P.R.T.O.U. Allahabad. He has eight years of experience in conducting the training programmes and Intensive fieldwork. Mr. Srivastava has successfully completed more than 28 projects for various agencies. Mr. Srivastava is a very talented and enthusiastic professional.
