Mr. Nabhojit Dey is a senior development and Monitoring & Evaluation specialist with over 20 years of experience in project design, evaluation systems, quantitative and qualitative research, and donor reporting.

He has led numerous mixed-method research studies, endline evaluations, and results-based monitoring systems across sectors including education, health and nutrition, livelihoods, migration, child protection, and refugee protection.

Mr. Dey has worked with UN agencies, international NGOs, CSR initiatives, and government institutions, providing expertise in program evaluation, data analysis, and evidence-based development programming.
