Dr. Pramod Kumar

Advisory Board Member

Mr. Parmod Kumar is the Director of the Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC), Bengaluru, and a leading economist with extensive experience in agricultural and development economics. His work focuses on agricultural markets, food security, rural livelihoods, and climate-resilient agriculture. With a distinguished career spanning academia, policy research, and advisory roles, he has contributed to major national and international institutions including NCAER, IEG, OECD, and FAO.

Dr. Madhu Agarwal holds a Ph.D. from Lucknow University. She has served as Regional Director at National Institute Of Public Cooperation & Child Development (autonomous organization under the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India.).

Dr. Ponnambala Thiagarajan

Dr. Ponnambala Thiagarajan holds a Ph.D. in Population Studies from International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai. He has served as Associate Director Nielsen India. He has been working with different National/international agencies in research and development sector for more than 35 years.

Dr. Arjunan Subramanian is currently working in the Business School at the University of Glasgow. He was previously been based at the University of Warwick. Previously he held positions at the University of Gottingen, at the Centre for Development Research (ZEF), University of Bonn and at the National Council of Applied Economic Research in New Delhi, India

Dr. Sanjeev Shekhar Jha

Dr. Sanjeev Shekhar Jha is a seasoned development professional with over three decades of experience in sanitation, rural development, and environmental management. He has led large-scale programmes in knowledge management, policy engagement, behaviour change, and solid waste management, working closely with government, private sector, and community institutions.

Mr. Amresh Pati Tripathi is the Founder and Director of SSF Professionals Pvt. Ltd. A seasoned development sector professional, he holds a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and an LLB from Lucknow University, Uttar Pradesh.

Mr. Manmohan Khosla

Director – Business Development

Mr. Manmohan Khosla brings more than 20 years of experience in the social and development sector, including areas such as agriculture, horticulture, dairy development, natural resource management, and rural development.

Dr. Varsha Singh

Executive Manager

Dr. Varsha Singh holds a Ph.D. in Sociology with specialization in Gender Studies from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow. Dr. Singh has also conducted studies on urban governance and women’s participation in local government. Her research work has been published in several national and international journals.

Ms. Jaya Sharma

Research Associate

Ms. Jaya Sharma holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Lucknow and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra. She is actively involved in proposal writing, research design, data analysis, and public health studies. Previously, she worked as a consultant with NIPCCD, where she implemented nutrition interventions and conducted dietary assessments to promote maternal and child health.

Mr. Siddhant Verma

Senior Manager – Finance

Mr. Siddhant Verma holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Faizabad University and has completed CA Intermediate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. With more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, he manages the financial operations of SSF Professionals, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance management.

Ms. Ekta Singh

Manager – Finance

Ms. Ekta Singh is a Postgraduate in Social Work with over 10 years of professional experience in financial management and administration. She oversees budgeting, taxation, financial documentation, and statutory compliance for the organization. She also contributes to capacity-building programs supporting socio-economic development initiatives for women and communities.

Mr. Surendra Singh Bora

Manager – Administration & HR manager

Mr. Bora holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Lucknow University and has nearly two decades of professional experience in research and development programs. He has successfully managed capacity-building programs and impact assessment studies related to health, women and child development, and family welfare.

Mr. Ashish Pandey

Sr. Research Coordinator

Mr. Ashish Pandey holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Jiwaji University, Gwalior and has more than 24 years of experience in research and field operations.
He has worked on research studies related to health, education, sanitation, gender, and social protection for organizations including UNICEF, UNFPA, MoRD, and the World Food Programme.

Mr. Ashish Gupta is a senior field research professional with more than 22 years of experience in large-scale surveys, monitoring, evaluation, and field operations. He has managed national-level studies including NFHS, DLHS, AHS, CBTS, and several baseline and endline evaluations across sectors such as public health, education, nutrition, sanitation, and livelihoods.

Mr. Gyanendra Singh

Assistant Manager, Field operations

He is an experienced Field Coordinator with over 18 years of experience in large-scale social research and field-based studies. He has worked extensively on baseline, endline, impact assessments, and concurrent monitoring studies across sectors such as public health, education, nutrition, agriculture, livelihoods, and governance. Currently serving as Assistant Field Manager at SSF Professionals Pvt. Ltd.

He has worked extensively with global organizations such as WFP, UNDP, IDH, GIZ, and NITI Aayog, delivering rigorous evaluations and building robust monitoring and learning systems.

Dr. Sugandha Nagpal

Consultant- Migration & Gender specialization

Dr. Sugandha Nagpal - Dr. Sugandha Nagpal is a social anthropologist with 17+ years of experience in gender, migration, and development research. She specializes in qualitative research, policy analysis, and project leadership, working across global institutions including WFP, GIZ, IOM, and academia. Her work combines rigorous research with practical insights to inform policy, programs, and inclusive development outcomes.

Dr. Jyotika Singh

Consultant- Qualitative Researcher

Dr. Jyotika Singh holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology and has more than 8 years of experience in social science research, with a focus on maternal and child health. Her expertise includes designing research studies, developing research tools, conducting qualitative research, and analyzing data using software such as ATLAS.ti, NVivo, and Dedoose. Her research interests include maternal health, immunization studies, family planning, and operational research in public health programs.

Dr. Ajeet Singh

Consultant- Quantitative Researcher

Dr. Ajeet Singh is a qualified social work professional holding a Master’s and Ph.D. in Social Work from Pondicherry Central University. He has further strengthened his academic foundation through postgraduate diplomas in Rural Development, Human Rights, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Development Research Methods. With a strong interdisciplinary background, his areas of expertise include sustainable agriculture, rural development, livelihood promotion, and solid waste management.

Mr. Vinay Shukla

Mr. Vinay Kumar Shukla is a social research and field operations professional with over 17 years of experience in large-scale surveys, evaluations, and field coordination across public health, rural development, education, sanitation, and livelihoods. He has led field operations, team supervision, training, and data quality assurance for national and state-level studies, including NFHS, DLHS, AHS, CBTS, NHRR, and multiple government-commissioned evaluations.

Mr. ARUNENDU Kr. JHA

Consultant- Public Health

Mr. Arunendu Kr. JHA - He is a public health specialist and epidemiologist with 20+ years of experience in health systems strengthening, disease surveillance, and large-scale survey implementation. He has led and supported national and state-level programs in TB, immunization, LF elimination, and maternal–child health, working with organizations such as NHM, CARE, UNICEF, and USAID-supported initiatives.

Mr. Ravinder Kumar Sharma - He is a development professional with extensive experience in large-scale surveys, evaluation studies, and documentation across sectors such as rural development, health, and livelihoods.
